Loose mixed lot, with duplication, of the Portugal & Colonies first decimal definitive designs. Very mixed condition, from VF to junk, all "mint" in some form or another, some MNH, some MH, some MHH, some MNG, etc.

All concentrate on pre-1930 items, and contain many better stamps not found in typical collections. The Netherlands starts with the first issues (imperf and perf, with shade varieties) and contains better later items, some MNH.
