Dinner can be barbecued beef ribs eaten on the patio of the Main Street Grill or cherried duck at the Black Cat, a cozy fireplace-lit bistro.

Before we got underway, I prepared our traditional Easter dinner, a honey baked ham. I placed our properly scored, cloved, overly maraschino cherried and pineappled porker in a slow cooking oven.

Continually burning and ready to be smoked, without needing to be reignited before inhalation.

"I don't need a lighter to hit this; the bowl's cherried."

He puffed three perfect rings and passed the bowl to me. "It's cherried."
