If I have established a prima facie case that all is not well with the body politic of the Empire, how then is the problem capable of solution? In order to deal with the situation, it is fundamental to remember (whether one likes it or not) that the Statute of Westminster has been enacted, and therefore one must now deal with the matter not from an insular standpoint, but imperially.
